Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Handmade products may vary from product to product. It is therefore that small differences appear. Regarding the carpets, each one being unique, it is the one in the photo that you will receive. It will then be removed from the site to make way for a new unique carpet.
Where can I view my invoices and history?

During your first order in our online store, an account is created for you on the site with your e-mail and a password which is sent to you by e-mail.
In this one you will be able to manage and consult all the information and invoices concerning you.

How do I return an item?

Send us your request directly via the page "Orders” from your customer account.
Select the order that includes the product you wish to return and click on the refund button.
Check the product you wish to return and fill in the requested information.
You can attach photos to your application.
Our customer service will contact you to give you the steps to follow and accompany you for the return of your product.

Will you restock items marked as "out of stock"?
It all depends on the items. The rugs being unique they are replaced by other unique rugs. Some items are part of ephemeral collections and are not replaced. But in general, yes. out-of-stock items are replaced.
How is your partnership with craftsmen organized?
We are very committed to artisans around the world. Our wish is to be part of a fair trade approach. We always check that these craftsmen are remunerated at the right price. In the same way, we fight against modern slavery and support the fight of raphael glucksman, a frenchman whose life is dedicated to the fight against the exploitation of the Uighurs. Our craftsmen are mainly Moroccan, French and American but we can work occasionally with other countries.
