You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving the order.
Monogrammed items and custom-made furniture or rugs cannot be returned.

The products are in perfect condition, without any trace of use, washing or assembly, in their original packaging, without forgetting to include the labels, instructions and everything that was included in the packaging.
They must therefore be in the same condition as when they were delivered.
Send us your request directly via the page "Orders" from your customer account.
Select the order that includes the product you wish to return and click on the refund button.
Check the product you wish to return and fill in the requested information.
You can attach photos to your application.
Our customer service will contact you to give you the steps to follow and accompany you for the return of your product.
Your refund will be processed upon receipt of your item in our distribution center.
Items not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Monogrammed items
- Custom-made items, including rugs and custom furniture
- Items damaged by normal wear and tear
Shipping charges are not refundable and purchases made within 30 days of receipt are not eligible for a refund.
